Pankakes

This recipie is from 1653 England, and is meant to be eaten at breakfast at Fat Tuestay (Mardi Gras).
The spice is supprisingly non-dominant - however, you can safly half the ammount if you wish to bring out the taste of the toppings further. As for toppings, I suggest spreadable blue-cheese with cloudberry jam. Although one can eat them with nothing at all too, since they're allready full of fat, sugar, and taste.
